1 Definitions & Scope
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between the 33bf platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and all users of its services ("User", "you", "Member"). These Terms apply equally to the 33bf website, mobile version, and all related services.
By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
2 Age Restriction
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the 33bf platform. By creating an account, you self-declare that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If we receive evidence that an account is being operated by a minor, that account and all deposited funds will be seized immediately.
Account Registration & Management
3 Account Creation & Personal Information
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. All information provided at registration must be fully accurate, up-to-date, and genuine. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
- The name, date of birth, and contact details provided must be truthful.
- You must cooperate when identity verification documents are requested.
- Keeping the account password secure is the user's responsibility.
- Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to support immediately.
4 Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
33bf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, errors, or software manipulation.
- Abuse of the bonus system or coordinated betting activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
- Threats, abuse, or misconduct towards support staff.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
5 Deposit Methods & Limits
33bf accepts deposits through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
- The name on the deposit method must match the account holder's name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
6 Withdrawal Terms & Process
The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Identity verification on the account must be completed before withdrawing.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement of any active bonus is met.
- Additional information may be required for large withdrawals if identity verification is not complete.
33bf reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and carry out further verification if needed. Withdrawals may be suspended if evidence of fraud or a breach of these Terms is found.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
7 Welcome Bonus Terms
33bf offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only, once.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000; deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳18,000.
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed.
- Wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
8 Bonus Abuse & General Restrictions
Bonus offers are for genuine personal use only. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Coordinated betting (arbitrage) activity with other individuals.
- Manipulating betting patterns before meeting the bonus conditions.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or residential address.
33bf reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. A specific validity period applies to each bonus.
9 VIP Program Terms
33bf's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall betting activity and contribution to the platform. 33bf reserves the right to change VIP benefits, terms, or evaluation criteria.
Betting Rules
10 General Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 33bf:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a technical error causes any inconsistency in a game result, 33bf reserves the right to void that round.
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the result will be determined according to server logs.
- The specific rules of the game provider apply to the relevant game.
- In the case of suspicious or unusual betting activity, 33bf reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, withhold payment.
11 Special Rules for Sports Betting
33bf offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply specifically to sports betting:
- Betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed apply.
- If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a match does not complete the specified rounds, bets on certain markets may be voided.
- 33bf is not responsible for delays or feed latency in live betting.
Fair Play & Security
12 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33bf:
- Hacking the system, exploiting vulnerabilities, or manipulating software.
- Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Using fraudulent payment details.
- Money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Coordinated fraudulent activity against the platform.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be seized. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
13 Security & Data Protection
